Asylum seeker

Today I will be talking about how there is confusion amongst Asylum seekers.

The department of immigration says 39 asylum seekers landed in Manus island on Tuesday on a chartered flight from Christmas island.

It states that this group of asylum seekers will never be granted settlement in Australia and will instead be processed in PNG if they are found to be refugees. Since the new policy was announced 25 boats arrived with 1809 on board, 118 of those on board have been transferred to Manus island.
